If you prefer a gym, you can drive 10 minutes to Currimundi Gym, or (even better) we can recommend an excellent personal trainer who is 2 minutes drive away. Or join Greg on a Wednesday night at 8pm at Caloundra’s CWA hall (5 minutes walk from your Penthouse), and try your hand at authentic Chinese Tai Chi. Greg also teaches Tong Long (Praying Mantis) Style Kung Fu from 6pm – 8pm on a Tuesday and Wednesday evening at the same venue.
Why not learn to kite surf, or surf, or even scuba dive? These activities are all available in Caloundra.
If you are not into structured exercise, don’t worry. Because your Penthouse is only one of 6 units, we don’t have a lift. So you can expect to get a gentle daily work-out on the stairs.
